Thorough preparations and local anchoring
Bambwa Group AB, together with local and influential African partners and a number of strategic international suppliers, has been preparing the launch of Padel Africa for the past 1.5 years.
A careful analysis has shown that padel has all the conditions to become a real African sport, where action, fun and social community are natural cornerstones of African culture and lifestyle.
Great revenue and Impact potential
In the next 2 years, Padel Africa AB, via its own local subsidiaries, will establish 40 Padel centres in a number of large African cities, with a capable middle class, lots of diplomats and foreign employees. The individual centres are expected, given local part-ownership and our international experience from Scandinavia and Spain, to be profitable in the first year. During the period, a number of local jobs, social activities and international networks are simultaneously created.

During the coming weeks the company will carry out a capital increase where DKK 10-14 million will be subscribed. new shares at a price of SEK 1.50/share. A large part of this amount has already been drawn by investors with a strong Padel background, but the company also has a desire to also offer part of the shares to “ordinary” investors who can thus contribute to strengthening Padel Africa’s brand, and get a share in the expected increase in value of the shares.
